Partner contracting was brought in to complete the construction of this fit-out for a new sales area for Shimadzu a scientific instruments manufacturer. 

 

The fit-out included bathroom renovations, creation of a new loading dock area, complete BSL Level 2 lab area for demonstration of their equipment, all new HVAC, all new lighting, flooring and mill-work. 

 

This scope of work was completed in 8 weeks.
