Partner Contracting was brought in to manage the redevelopment of this former military surplus store (Sunny’s Surplus) into a new dispensary. 

 

The work scopes included all new electrical, mechanical, flooring, drywall , acoustical ceiling and construction of a new vault. 

 

The work scopes were completed in an extremely tight time frame of 8 weeks!
