Partner Contracting was initially brought in after a terrible sprinkler flood consumed the lobby areas and ruined the communal spaces for the building. 

 

The developer called on Partner Contracting along side SM+P to complete a design|build project to fix the problems created by the flood and to bring the lobby and communal areas up to the latest design trends. 

 

Floors, paint, custom wallpaper, lighting, doors, mill-work, glass, acoustical ceilings and tile work were completed by talented trade partners under our management.
