Partner Contracting completed this 10,000 SF office renovation in 6 weeks in partnership with COPT, Arris a Design Studio and TAI Engineering.

 

The projects intense construction schedule relied heavily on our trade partners who in coordination with Partner Contracting's management team put together an aggressive but achievable schedule.  The team delivered on our promise to finish by June 1 and actually received occupancy on March 30th!

The project was a true example of having the right team and right players in place to deliver on a project for a great client who was helpful throughout the entire project and was always available.  These are characteristics that are critical to a projects success.
