Partner Contracting was brought in as a part of the architectural designers team to provide tenant fit-out services for this new retail location for 2nd Swing Golf.  The project included a complete gut of a former retail location and creating a new retail location for the golf retailer. 

 

The fit-out included all new electrical, life safety, mechanical, plumbing and creation of 13 golf club fitting hitting bays.  We installed all the flooring including the regions largest putting green and mill-work for the POS stations and custom fitting stations. 

 

We partnered with the owner to install custom used club sales areas and custom other various sales area.  Work scopes were completed in a mere 8 weeks just prior to the Masters that year!
